Understanding Your SHIB Calculator Results
SHIB Amount and Holdings
Your SHIB amount is the number of tokens used to calculate future-value scenarios. Depending on the calculator tab you use, this may be the SHIB purchased from an investment, the SHIB you already own, or the SHIB you could have received in a hypothetical past investment.
Future Portfolio Value
Future portfolio value shows what a specific amount of SHIB would be worth at a hypothetical target price. For example, 100,000,000 SHIB at a target price of $0.01 would have a mathematical value of $1,000,000. This is a hypothetical calculation, not a SHIB price prediction.
Profit, Loss and ROI
Profit or loss and ROI can be calculated when the calculator has enough information about your original investment or cost basis. If purchase-cost information is unavailable, you can still explore the potential future value of your SHIB holdings.
Understanding the Multiplier
The multiplier compares the estimated future value with the original investment. For example, a 2× multiplier means the value is twice the original investment, while a 0.5× multiplier means it is half the original investment.
Why Are SHIB Prices So Small?
Shiba Inu has a very large token supply, so the price of one SHIB token is typically represented using several decimal places, such as $0.00001234. The calculator supports small decimal values and displays them in a readable format rather than scientific notation in the main results.
USD Milestones and Your Selected Currency
The general target-price scenarios use the currency selected in the calculator, such as USD, INR, EUR, or GBP. The 1-Cent Spotlight and milestone targets of $0.01, $0.10, and $1.00 remain in USD because these are USD-denominated SHIB price benchmarks. When another currency is selected, milestone portfolio values remain displayed in USD, while profit and ROI are not shown for those milestones to avoid mixing different currencies.
